We had an old white couch that needed cleaning. Arevalo Bros came highly recommended. They couldn’t remove the old stains, and, unfortunately, some new stains appeared due to an unexpected issue with the liner inside the cushions. However, the owner, Jose, went above and beyond to make things right. He personally worked on the stains all day, successfully removing most of the new ones and even tackling some of the old ones. He also offered to take the cushion covers to his workspace to work on the tougher stains further.
Jose was attentive, professional, and thorough in explaining the process. I would highly recommend Jose and his team for their commitment to customer satisfaction.
